How to built your skatepark? P-Rod Mountain Dew Warehouse skatepark: 7 stair, 2 Hubbas, a rail + Green label act + AM P-Rod force
P-Rod Mountain Dew... what ?
or How to built a 7 stair with 2 Hubbas and a rail in 3 days !
Mountain Dew sponsors P-Rod (and also some Nascar or Snowboard champions) and they decided to build him a small skatepark called "his warehouse".
This initiative led to 3 days of diy where Paul Rodriguez (and his builder team) builds his skate spot.
You learn a few things on "how to built your skatepark?" but the most important thing that you learn watching these videos is that you need a lot of money to buy some wood... AND different kinds of woods that you can choose randomly !!!.
Here is the "MyWarehouse" homepage

Here is a few pictures of the first day of working and building.
"I've never seen so much wood" ! as he says
Day 1 :
What's written on the plan ? Allright.

Only the stairs and the platform after a day of work with 4 experienced workers. You need to be patient.

Day 2:
HUBBA ! HUBBA + watch out your fingers !

Video of the P-Rod Warehouse Day 2
Day 3:
The stairs finished, painted, the rail and the hubba
Switch heel and switch crooked

Here is the team that worked on this Warehouse

Atiba / Jason Hammond

Daniel Abadi / Jeff Hammond (Jason's bro it seems)

Ray Barbee / Ty

Go to the official Mountain Dew MyWarehouse website : http://www.mountaindew.com/mywarehouse/
Otherwise, still in the Mountain Dew/skateboard projects, we found the Green label act,
http://www.greenlabelart.com/
It's a limited edition bottle series customised by artists.
Example : Paul Rodriguez & Chris Pastras-Mountian Dew Code Shred
In the following video Chris Pastras and Paul Rodriguez unveil their custom Mountain Dew Cans.
Also take a look at a very good initiative, the AM force opportunity to help kids that skateboard have a chance to be seen. Kind of P-Rod as a team manager
