I always know what kind of deck i want before going inside the shop : "a 8.0 french brand please !" The choice is always limited so i don't have any other option than this co-branding between Circa & Cartel Skateboards. As i already rode a good one in the past , i was expecting some good material. Well....it only lasted a month before breaking while lipsliding!

The drawing :
Superb! Quite dark atmosphere. Logos are well placed : the nose for Cartel and the tail for Circa. The discreet "Alex Van Hoecke" is really nice with its special and perfect characters that Lenoard Da Vinci wouldn't have denied. The rest of the deck is mostly letters like presented before in grey on top of black background. A good balance in the colors eventhough the letters don't have much connections between each others. Cartel's discreet logo next to a crow reminds the dark side of the deck.
Just to resume quickly, this deck is a pure beauty!

The Shape:
Watch out, it's large, very large. Same for the nose and the tail wich are huge so if you aren't used to that kind of deck, you might have some troubles in the beginning with the  flippy tricks!
The concave is medium. We especially feel it with the nose that is a bit high, long & large....
